We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions

• Condition of Items: Products must be returned in new, unused condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and free from any signs of wear, tear, or damage.

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).

• Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exceptions

• Print-on-Demand Items: Please note that print-on-demand items are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item

1. Start Your Return: Please scan the Return Card included in your package to access our portal, or visit the JestArt Return Portal directly. You can also find the link at jestart.com.co.

2. Pack Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

Please Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. JestArt reserves the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet the conditions stated above.
